Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
Once an inflatable is reserved, You can post-pone or re-schedule your rental up to 24 hours prior to your rental and your deposit will be credited towards your next rental. No refunds will be given. Due to scheduling we cannot accept changes to an order within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery. No refunds or credit will be given for cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours notice.
Yes, because inflatables are rented on a first come first reserved basis we require a 30% deposit to reserve all inflatables. This assures you of receiving the item you reserve.

Yes. Let the Party Begin carries a Liability policy, however Let the Party Begin will not be responsible for any acts of negligence on the part of the customer, their representatives or guests. We require that you monitor and provide your own attendant for the Inflatable at all times. We are fully insured.
Our blowers work on standard household 110V circuits- no special outlets are needed.
Each blower uses from 8 – 12amps of power, we can generally get 1 blower onto one standard 15 or 20amp circuit if nothing else is plugged into that circuit.
A little slope is not a problem — we can usually put the entrance of the inflatable at the top of the slope. Steep slopes, however, are not acceptable and unsafe for inflatables.
Yes and no. Yes we will need someone there for the delivery of the unit for final payment and to instruct where the unit should be set up. On the pickup side, we do not need anyone there as long as we have access to our rental unit, blower, hose, and extenstion cord. We require power for the pickup also to check the unit for damage before leaving.
For most residential deliveries we will park on the driveway or street and use a dolly to move the inflatable to your desired setup spot up to 100′ from the delivery location. We can go up or downstairs, but this needs to be addressed beforehand and there is an additional fee depending on amount of stairs.
Yes. Find a relatively flat area on grass, concrete, or asphalt within 100 feet of a standard electrical outlet. We cannot setup the bounce house on rock/gravel, mulch, sand, mud, tanbark, or anything sharp.
You will need to clear all debris from the area including any sharp objects, toys, lawn furniture, sticks, large rocks, hoses, sprinklers, lawn decorations and pet feces. Please do not cut grass at least 2 days prior to bounce house delivery.
The setup area should be sufficient enough to fit the inflatable, including overhead space. All of our items have height, width, and length dimensions in their product descriptions. Please measure the area ahead of time and contact us ahead of time if you have concerns about space.
In addition to making sure you have enough space for the unit itself, an additional 5 – 10 feet of space is needed around and in front the inflatable to give users enough room to enter the unit.
Hopefully not! We expect to receive our inflatables back in a fairly clean condition. We realize that children in and out of it all day can allow grass to enter by means of their socks. We will not charge for cleaning this. However, any silly string, food, gum, beverages, mud or excessive grass inside the unit will result in a minimum $50.00+ clean-up fee at the time of pickup. The inflatable will be inspected before it’s packed up at your location.
All rentals are overnight. We pick up the next day between 7am and 12pm. We can pick up the night of if need be but there may incur a fee.
We drop units in the morning between 6am and 10 am depending on our other routes, we may accept special circumstances, but this may incur a fee.
30% Deposit to reserve. Remaining balance is due upon delivery. We accept cash, card, or Venmo.
We will deliver and set up the unit during a prearranged window of time. Before and during setup we will discuss placement options for the unit, review the rental agreement, and go over any questions regarding safety, proper use, and any other topic you wish to discuss. We will collect payment as well.
